I do not see the exact product I need, can you make it?

Yes.  Just e mail us the specification you would like made, if possible refering to a similar item on the site or another site that you have seen and we will come back to you within 48 hours with a quote.


Is there a minimum order value?

No, we only charge for delivery.


What are the delivery costs?

Every order is different.  Shipping is calculated using the total weight and size of your order. The minimum freight charge which would apply to orders such as castors would be $20 plus GST for sydney metro deliveries otherwise an indication of our freight rates by state can be found by clicking here.


What are your opening hours?

The website is able to receive orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on Christmas day.  Our Office and Warehouse team do however like to see their family and work Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are also closed weekends and Public Holidays.


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes you can, though please confirm in advance that your product is available for pick up.


Is your website secure?

Our shopping cart is equipped with 256 bit encryption for your protection. This is the same level of encryption used by most banks.


If I do not have a credit card can I pay by other means?

Yes you can EFT the required funds or pay by cheque.  Details below

Can I get an account with you if I purchase on a regular basis?

If you would like us to be considered for credit terms other than payment on dispatch then a credit agreement will be required to be signed with us.  A copy of a credit application is also included in this e mail.  M&N has a debtor financing facility with HSBC bank, and as is typical with these debtor facilities the Directors of M&N are required to personally guarantee the debtor financing facility.  As such we require the same level of guarantee from the directors of any company that requests a facility with us.


I ordered the wrong product can I return it?

Yes provided it is a stock product and not a product you specifically asked us to make for you, however there may be a restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping and MUST contact us for an RMA number along with the address to return the products. Our Restocking fee policy is very simple. If you made the ordering mistake, you may be charged a 15% Restocking fee. If the error was on our part, we wave the fee


What is the restocking fee?

All orders require manual handling and most orders are assembled on an order by order basis. When products are returned, they must be returned to inventory. There is a cost involved for that labour.
